
Have you talked about breakfast or maybe brunch? Here is something delicious and with a strong flavor such as banana. The scent of banana while cooking will spread throughout the kitchen and, once ready, slice by slice will disappear in a flash! Quick and easy to prepare, it is also a way to use those bananas that are often forgotten in the fruit basket.
INGREDIENTS FOR A 22.5 X 8.5 CM MOLD
4 Banas (about 500 g)
200 g Flour
120 g Butter
100 g Sugar
2 Eggs
6 g baking powder
4 g Bicarbonate of soda
METHOD
In a bowl cut the softened butter into small pieces and the sugar. Work with electric whisk and when you have obtained a homogeneous mixture add the eggs.
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Pour them into a bowl and mash them with a fork to puree them. Pour the banana puree into the egg mixture and mix well.
Continue by combining the sifted flour with baking soda and baking powder and mix again.
Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 60 mins. Try with a toothpick to see if the dough is cooked. Once ready take your banana bread out of the oven and let it cool before turning it out.
