Oh yes, you read that right! Spreadable pistachio cream, a real treat for the palate. You can use this delicacy at breakfast on a slice of toasted bread or to fill desserts such as croissants, cream puffs and much more, you just need to indulge yourself with your imagination!

INGREDIENTS:
100 gr of unsalted pistachios
40 gr of butter
100 gr of sugar
100 gr of white chocolate
120 ml of milk
METHOD:
Put the pistachios in a blender and chop them until you get a fine grain then add the sugar and blend again.

Add half of the milk to the blender and mix until you get a creamy consistency.

In a saucepan pour the remaining milk, butter and white chocolate and melt then add the pistachio paste and mix everything.

Enjoy your pistachio cream as you wish!
SOME TIPS:
- Pour into sterilized jars while still hot and let cool completely upside down.
- Store the pistachio cream in closed jars and under vacuum for up to 1 month.
- Once opened, keep in the fridge and use within 1 week.
